在实际工程中,钢筋混凝土双向偏心受拉构件是经常遇到的。例如:在风载作用下的管道支架,承受风载或地震作用的高层或多层建筑的低层角柱,在吊车荷载作用下的厂房建筑中的双肢柱的拉肢等结构构件,都承受着双向偏心拉力。然而,迄今为止,钢筋混凝土双向偏心受拉构件强度的计算问题,国内外都还没有进行试验研究,各国的设计规范中也没有这方面的具体的计算规定。为此,我们对这一课题开展了试验研究。并且,在试验研究和理论分析的基础上,提出了钢筋混凝土双向偏心受拉构件正截面强度的计算方法和公式:

There are no specific calculation regulations in this regard in the design specifications of various countries. To this end, we conducted a pilot study on this subject. Based on the experimental research and theoretical analysis, the calculation method and formula of the strength of the normal section of the biaxially eccentrically-tensioned reinforced concrete members are proposed.
