本文结合城市高架道路盖梁拼装化的研究课题,对预应力装配式装盖梁进行缩尺模型实验。模型结构采用在城市高架桥梁中常用的双柱式盖梁,并在盖梁结构中设置了三道接缝以模拟装配过程。试验结果表明结构在弹性阶段与常规的有粘结整体施工的盖梁力学性能相同,而在极限荷载阶段,试验结构的裂缝疏而宽,极限荷载比后者约小30%
In this paper, the city of elevated road beam assembly of research topics, prestressed prefabricated canopy beam scale model experiments. The model structure uses double-column roof beams commonly used in urban viaducts and three seams in the roof beam structure to simulate the assembly process. The experimental results show that the structure has the same mechanical properties as the conventional coveled beam in the elastic phase. However, in the ultimate load stage, the cracks in the test structure are sparse and wide, and the ultimate load is about 30%
