农村音乐教育之所以落后,除物质条件的因素外,还与某些部门领导和音乐教师的音乐教育意识有密切的关系。因为他们长期处在“讲究实际”的偏误中,所以农村音乐教育的发展也受到制约。 一名教师在社会上的威望往往与他的学生升学率有关。因此,他们为获得较高的升学率日夜奔忙便是情理中的事。而与升学率无关的音乐教育则被他们和他们的领导放在了一边。不过音乐教师也不甘寂寞,他们寻找了一条提高自己威望的道路,只注重能出头露面
