高职院校农村流通类专业人才的培养
[摘要]农村流通类人才培养在一系列政策的支持下，取得了良好的发展，但仍然存在一定的困境，如招生相对较冷、对口就业率低、专业建设经费少以及校企合作不够紧密，等等。文章对这一系列的困境原因进行了分析，认为主要原因在于认知主体理解偏差；专业知识技能针对性较弱；学生职业核心能力较低以及学校专业特色不突出，并针对这些原因提出要以招生宣传、市场调研、深化校企合作以及多元筹资等方式来应对。　　[关键词]高职院校
