我校是一所边远的农村寄宿小学,学生成绩两极分化现象非常严重,特别是英语科,很多学生都产生厌学、倦怠的情绪,学困生越来越多。这种局面若得不到改变,将直接影响他们的学习和人生发展,将严重影响学校的教学质量,阻碍着学校的发展。分析学困生形成原因,探索转化策略和对策,使他们树立自信,学好英语,不但是提高素质教育水平的需要,也是广大教师在新课程背景下急需解决的问题。
Our school is a remote rural primary schools, the polarization of student performance is very serious, especially the English section, many students have tired of learning, fatigue, more and more students. If this situation is not changed, it will directly affect their learning and life development, which will seriously affect the quality of teaching in schools and hinder the development of schools. It is not only the need to improve the quality of education, but also the urgent need of the majority of teachers in the context of the new curriculum in order to analyze the causes of the students who have difficulty in learning, and to explore the transformation strategies and countermeasures so that they can gain confidence and learn English well.
