随着图书馆事业改革的不断深入,开架借阅的服务方式已被图书馆界普遍接受和推广。但是由于种种条件的制约,一些中小型图书馆防窃设施不够完善,管理上的疏漏给少数窃书者有可乘之机,造成了开架借阅图书不同程度的丢失,有些则相当严重。怎样才能有效制止少数读者的窃书已成为图书馆工作者研究的一个课题,笔者认为分析和研究窃书者的心理障碍和行为特征,将有利于找出解决窃书问题。本文从心理学这个角度对窃书者的心理成因作一粗浅探讨。一、窃书者的心理障碍所谓心理障碍是指行为人的心理过程、精神机能发生病态导致失衡。而窃书行为正
