一、概述热释电红外摄像机是一种特殊的工业电视,它是把红外图像转变成可见图像的热电转换装置。它把人的视觉范围从可见光波段扩大到远红外波段,是把不可见红外图像变可见图象的实时显示系统。它主要由三部分组成,即红外光学透镜、摄像头和显示器。摄像头中又包括摄像管、扫描部分、信号处理部分、摄像管的复合消隐保护部分及电源部分等。热释电摄象管是红外摄象机的关键器件,它是一种非致冷型在室温下即可工作的两维实时成象热摄象器件。它不仅可在激光研究中观察激光,而且可用于温差为1℃、空间分辨力为100TVL/18mm靶面的一切需热成像的地方。
I. Overview Pyroelectric infrared camera is a special kind of industrial television, it is the infrared image into a visible image of the thermoelectric conversion device. It extends the visual range of people from the visible to the far-infrared band and is a real-time display system that turns invisible infrared images into visible images. It is mainly composed of three parts, namely, infrared optical lens, camera and monitor. The camera also includes a camera tube, scanning part, the signal processing part, the composite camera tube blanking protection part and the power part. Pyroelectric video tube infrared camera is the key device, it is a non-cooling type at room temperature to work two-dimensional real-time imaging thermal imaging device. It can not only observe the laser in the laser research, but also for the temperature difference of 1 ℃, the spatial resolution of 100TVL / 18mm target all the places need thermal imaging.
