为观察补肾益智方对D -半乳糖合并Meynert基底核损毁的Alzheimer病 (Alzheimerdisease,AD)模型大鼠学习记忆的影响 ,分别用高、低剂量补肾益智方灌胃治疗 4周后 ,进行Morris水迷宫学习记忆检测 ,并与正常组、模型组和阳性对照组比较。结果显示 :补肾益智方高、低剂量灌胃组大鼠逃避潜伏期比模型组缩短(P<0 .0 5 ) ,原平台象限游泳时间及围绕平台 40cm环内游泳时间较模型组明显延长 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,与正常组和阳性对照药石杉碱甲灌胃组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示补肾益智方对AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力障碍有改善作用。
To observe the effect of Bushen Yizhi Recipe on the learning and memory of Alzheimer disease (AD) model rats damaged by D-galactose combined with basal ganglia of Meynert, the rats were treated with high-dose and low-dose Bushen Yizhi Recipe for 4 weeks. Morris water maze learning memory test was compared with normal group, model group and positive control group. The results showed that the rats in the high-dose and low-dose gavage groups of Bushen Yizhifang had shorter escape latency than the model group (P<0.05). The swimming time in the original platform quadrant and swimming time around the 40cm ring in the platform were significantly longer than those in the model group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01, no significant difference (P > 0.05) between the normal group and the positive control drug huperzine A gavage group. It was suggested that Bushen Yizhi Decoction can improve learning and memory ability of AD rats.
