校长的发展,不能随心所欲,不能成为一棵“疯长的树”。《普通高中校长专业标准》对高中校长提出了“底线要求”。教育部制定了《普通高中校长专业标准》(以下简称“标准”),引发了一些热议。赞同者有之,诟病者有之,各执一词。我以为,凡事不能绝对化。绝对,乃至片面、高度不够,导致没有全局性观念,是我们处于基层的中学校长常犯的毛病。对《标准》的看法、态度,也是如此。《标准》的价值,在于能够规范、引领校长的专业发展
