息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)的性质认定存在争议.PCV是一个独立疾病还是老年性黄斑变性的亚型尚需要更多临床和基础研究证据加以区分.不仅如此,PCV临床诊断、最佳治疗方案选择以及预后判断也都存在较多困惑.除了这些共同问题之外,我们还面临人口基数大,患者数量多而复杂这一特殊情况的挑战.要真正减轻PCV对视功能的危害还任重而道远.面对这一挑战和社会需求,因势利导,充分利用好庞大的病例资源,变挑战为机遇,则有希望在PCV诊断治疗和疾病病理机制研究方面做出我们应有的贡献而造福人类社会.
