学习风格的研究是二语习得的一项重要内容。本文以认知形式为基础,主要研究了学习风格中的一个分支——场独立/依存。通过对高中和大学学生的场独立/依存类型的情况调查,作者得出了如下结论(:1)大学学生的场独立类型比例明显高于高中学生。(2)大部分大学学生属于中间类型,而高中学生大部分属于场依存类型。(3)男生场独立的比例要高于女生。由此可见:随着年龄的增长,学习者的场独立性会逐渐增强。本文进而论述了出现这种趋势的四点原因,并对学习者和教师提出了一些可能性建议。
Learning style is an important part of second language acquisition. Based on the cognitive form, this paper mainly studies one branch of learning style - field independence / dependency. By investigating the field independent / dependent type of high school and college students, the authors conclude (1) that the percentage of field-independent types of college students is significantly higher than that of high school students. (2) Most university students belong to the middle type, while most of the high school students belong to the field dependent type. (3) The percentage of male students who are independent is higher than that of girls. This shows that: with age, learners’ field independence will gradually increase. This article goes on to discuss four reasons for this trend and some possible suggestions for learners and teachers.
