高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB-1)是一个高迁移率族染色体蛋白质的家庭成员,它由215个氨基酸构成,在人和动物细胞核内普遍存在。HMGB-1可由单核/巨噬细胞等分泌至细胞外成为重要炎性因子之一,诱导多种细胞的趋化作用,已被确定为一种新型的促炎性细胞因子,在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生、发展中发挥一定的作用。现就HMGB-1与冠状动脉狭窄间的关系予以综述,以期为冠心病的诊断与治疗提供新的策略和靶位。
High mobility group box 1 (HMGB-1) is a family member of a high mobility group chromosomal protein that consists of 215 amino acids and is prevalent in human and animal nuclei. HMGB-1 can be secreted by monocytes / macrophages to the outside of cells as one of the important inflammatory factors and induce chemotaxis of many kinds of cells. HMGB-1 has been identified as a new type of proinflammatory cytokine. Such as the occurrence of sclerosing heart disease, play a role in the development. Now the relationship between HMGB-1 and coronary artery stenosis is reviewed in order to provide new strategies and targets for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
