故障现象一辆安凯HFF6120GZ-4C城市客车(搭载潍柴WP7NG240E40液化天然气发动机),自2012年7月投入使用至今累计行驶了约3.8万km。该车近期在行驶途中,发动机突然出现不能加速的现象,随后驾驶人靠边停车,发现发动机已自动熄火,然后驾驶人按正常程序断开点火开关,再接通点火开关,停顿约5 s后起动发动机,发动机不能起动着机,而后又连续起动了3次发动机,均未起动成功。等待了大约20 min后再次尝试起动发动机,发动机起动成功了,而且发动机运转平稳、动力充足,但又行驶约1 h后同样故障再次发生。故障诊断承修该车后,首先验证故障现象。原地起动
