目的 :建立高效毛细管电泳法测定八珍丸和八珍益母丸中芍药苷的含量方法。方法 :运行缓冲液为50mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH10 6) ;操作电压为20KV ;检测波长为230nm。结果 :测定芍药苷的线性范围为0 0625～1 0mg/ml,r=0 9995;加样回收率为98 19%～98 45% ;日内和日间精密度分别为1 61%和3 15 %。测定了八珍丸和八珍益母丸中芍药苷的含量 ,前者结果与高效液相色谱法一致。结论 :该分析方法简便、快速、经济、准确 Objective : To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Pills and Bazhen Yimu Pills by capillary electrophoresis. Methods: The running buffer was 50mmol/L borax buffer (pH10 6); the operating voltage was 20KV; the detection wavelength was 230nm. RESULTS: The linear range of peoniflorin was 0 0625～10 mg/ml, r=0 9995; the recovery rate was 98 19%～98 45%; the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 161% and 314% respectively. . The contents of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Pills and Bazhen Yimu Pills were determined. The former results are consistent with high performance liquid chromatography.
