自2003年3月至2009年6月,我们共成功开展了6例脱细胞异体真皮补片修复成型治疗先天性尿道下裂手术,手术方法简单,效果比较满意,现报告如下。资料与方法1一般资料本组患儿6例,年龄3～16岁,其中阴茎型尿道下裂4例,阴茎根部型2例,伴阴茎阴囊发育差3例。2手术方法术前常规会阴部清洗3 d,采用全麻。方法:常规耻骨上膀胱造瘘,阴茎直弯和游离尿道外口同一般手术。根据患者尿道缺损长度选择合适大小的脱细胞异体真皮补片
