近年来,利川市民宗局一直把民族团结进步示范村建设作为民族经济工作的一个重头戏,力求抓紧抓好。根据恩施州民宗委《关于建设第一批全州民族团结进步示范村的通知》,在全市分两批先后建设了三个民族团结进步示范村,一是柏杨镇栏堰村,二是毛坝乡五一村,三是凉务乡和平村。可以说,利川市民宗局建设民族团结进步示范村的最大特点是：围绕团结进步,注重产业发展。1、基本情况
