讨论了 X—射线定量分析理论计算参考强度比法(定标因子法)在应用中遇到的几个实际问题。例如,为使计算的“参强比”K 值准确,需要进行微吸收效应修正,然而原方法中给出的试样的平均线吸收系数关系式不能用于末知试样。本工作给出了新的实用关系,可以克服原关系的弱点。此外,在 K 值的计算中,有时查不到晶体的原子座标,以及物质的密度,等等。文中讨论了解决此类问题的有效途径。
Several practical problems encountered in the application of X-ray quantitative analysis of theoretical reference intensity ratio method (calibration factor method) are discussed. For example, in order to make the calculated value of “K / K ratio” accurate, a slight absorption effect correction is required. However, the average coefficient of linear absorption coefficient of the sample given in the original method can not be used for the unknown sample. This work gives a new practical relationship, can overcome the weaknesses of the original relationship. In addition, sometimes the atomic coordinates of the crystal, the density of the material, etc. can not be found in the calculation of the K value. The article discusses the effective ways to solve such problems.
