本文以中国矿业大学CAD中心研发的观光车为实例,运用基于熵权的模糊综合评价法对其机械系统性能进行评价。首先,确定了影响机械系统性能的因素指标,构建了评价指标体系;然后,采用客观熵权与主观权重相结合的方法确定了评价体系中各指标的权重;最后,运用模糊综合评价法数学模型,求得评价体系中目标层的评价结果矩阵,并进行模糊矩阵数值化,得到该车机械系统性能等级结果一般。结果与现实状况相符,该评价方法具有很好的实用性。
This paper takes the sightseeing car developed by CAD Center of China University of Mining and Technology as an example, and evaluates the mechanical system performance by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight. Firstly, the factors that affect the performance of the mechanical system are determined, and the evaluation index system is established. Secondly, the weight of each index in the evaluation system is determined by the combination of objective entropy and subjective weight. Finally, by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model , The evaluation result matrix of the target layer in the evaluation system is obtained, and the numerical matrix of the fuzzy matrix is calculated, and the result of the performance level of the mechanical system of the vehicle is general. The result is consistent with the actual situation, and the evaluation method has good practicability.
