在基础教育改革的大潮中,高等师范音乐教育改革处在一个极为重要的位置。高师音乐教育担负着中小学音乐师资的培养任务,对中等学校音乐教师的音乐文化观念、音乐审美观念以及音乐知识和能力结构的培养方面起着决定性的作用。但是,不容忽视的是,长期以来,高师音乐教育与基础教育存在一定程度的脱节现象,课程结构内部本身的有机结合也是一个十分薄弱的环节。
In the tide of elementary education reform, the reform of higher normal music education is in a very important position. The music education in higher normal colleges shoulders the task of training music teachers in primary and secondary schools, which plays a decisive role in cultivating secondary school music teachers’ concept of music culture, music aesthetic conception, and music knowledge and ability structure. However, it should not be neglected that, for a long time, there is a certain degree of disjunction between music education and basic education in higher normal colleges. The organic combination within the curriculum structure itself is also a very weak link.
