赤桉下胚轴不同再生途径建立研究表明 :B5 为基本培养基添加 2 ,4- D1~ 2 mg/ L及2 ,4- D 1~ 2 mg/ L附加 KT0 .5mg/ L可以诱导出愈伤组织 ,诱导率达 1 0 0 % ;6BA0 .5mg/ L与NAA0 .2 mg/ L配合使用 ,可使胚状体发生率达 42 .8%。 NAA3mg/ L与 6BA0 .2 mg/ L的结合愈伤诱导率也为 1 0 0 % ,但胚状体发生率只有 1 7.5%、器官发生率 75.0 %。Ag NO3 0 .0 5%可促进愈伤组织的器官分化 ;ABA0 .5mg/ L的添加对胚状体发生略有促进作用。赤桉下胚轴对卡那霉素的选择浓度为 50 mg/ L;羧苄青霉素对愈伤产生及分化无影响
