我国中药材生产发展很快,但是由于中医临床需用量成倍增加,特别是珍贵药材还远远不能满足临床需要,一个药方,总有二、三味药配不上,医生为难,病家失望。有的群众说“一人患病,全家跑药,买药比求医难。”医生反映,由于中药缺味太多,看病开方,不能按病下药,只能看药开方,直接影响了医疗效果。这些呼声,说明群众迫切要求大力发展中药材生产和寻找珍贵奇缺中药材的代用品。近年来,我国医药科研工作者,努力整理祖国医药学,开展寻找代用品的研究和试制生产,在化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面都取得了可喜的成果,受到了医生及患者欢迎。本文仅就几种珍贵奇缺中药材的代用品,作一研究,供临床、科研、教学工作时参考。白僵蚕白僵蚕为蚕科昆虫家蚕蛾Bombyx mori L. 的幼虫感染白僵菌Beauveria bassiana(Bals.)vuill. 僵死的干燥全虫。又称僵蚕。白僵蚕体表的白粉中含有草酸铵。白僵菌至少可分泌三种水解酶,即脂酶、蛋白酶、壳质酶等,能用于合成皮质激素。临床用白僵蚕可祛风
