德育是高职院校教育体系中的重要组成部分,是教师主动施教与学生被动受教过程、学生主动寻教与教师引导服务过程、德育效果反馈过程相统一的动态的循环发展过程。这种模式的根本特点在于充分肯定学生的主体地位,并要求在教学中充分发挥学生的主动性作用,从而达到教育的最佳效果,这符合以人为本的现代社会的根本要求。
Moral education is an important component in the education system of higher vocational colleges. It is a dynamic and cyclic process of unifying the teachers’ initiative teaching and students’ passive teaching, students’ active seeking and teaching, teacher’s guiding service and moral effect feedback. The fundamental characteristic of this model is to fully affirm the dominant position of students and to give full play to students’ initiative in teaching so as to achieve the best effect of education, which is in line with the basic requirements of a modern people-oriented society.
