晶体管电刀比其他种类的电刀具有明显的优点,它的体积和重量与同种功率的其他电刀相比较,可缩小1/10～1/20。火花放电型电刀中的火花放电器和电子管振荡型电刀中的电子管耐振动性能都很差。这2种电刀只适合于固定使用的场合,而晶体管是固体器件,具有良好的耐振特性,由于晶体管电刀具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、耐振动的特点,所以很适合装备部队医院。
