根据316不锈钢的不同的表面处理,经俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)分析保护膜的成分看出,保护膜的成分与防止隙缝腐蚀有关。经各种处理后,保护膜的镍的含量都是相同的,但由于表面处理的方法不同,铬的表面含量却有差别。同时还发现,铬的表面含量与防止隙缝腐蚀之间有直接关系,隙缝腐蚀与非金属杂质的存在无关。根据研究的结果可以得出发生隙缝腐蚀和发生孔蚀在本质上是不同的结论。
According to the different surface treatment of 316 stainless steel, analysis of the composition of the protective film by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) shows that the composition of the protective film is related to the prevention of slot corrosion. After a variety of treatments, the nickel content of the protective film is the same, but because of the different surface treatments, the surface content of chromium is different. It is also found that there is a direct relationship between the surface content of chromium and the prevention of crevice corrosion. The crevice corrosion has nothing to do with the existence of non-metallic impurities. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that the occurrence of crevice corrosion and the occurrence of pitting corrosion are essentially different conclusions.
