目的为更好地评估食品中金黄色葡萄球菌指标。方法按GB 4789.10—2010方法检验食品中金黄色葡萄球菌,按JJG 196—2006对菌落平板计数结果进行不确定度评定。结果测量结果的扩展不确定度为U=0.072×lg T(T-食品中金黄色葡萄球菌菌落数),k=2。结论测量不确定度评定可更为准确地评价食品质量,确保出厂食品的安全。
The purpose is to better assess the Staphylococcus aureus index in food. Methods Staphylococcus aureus in food was tested according to the method of GB 4789.10-2010, and the uncertainty of colony plate counting results was evaluated according to JJG 196-2006. Results The expanded uncertainty of the measurement results is U = 0.072 × lg T (number of Staphylococcus aureus colonies in food), k = 2. Conclusion Evaluation of measurement uncertainty can be more accurate evaluation of food quality, to ensure the safety of manufactured food.
