焦炭溶损反应对焦炭性能有着重要的影响,是决定高炉焦比高低的关键。通过添加催化剂和吸附催化剂的方法向实验室自制焦炭上负载铁氧化物,并对含铁焦样进行了焦炭溶损反应实验、XRD检测、SEM扫描电镜及图像分析。研究结果表明,铁氧化物对焦炭溶损反应具有明显的催化作用,铁氧化物会使焦炭反应性指数升高,溶损反应开始温度降低,同时分析了焦炭中负载铁氧化物后气孔率的变化、金属铁及其氧化物的分布规律及赋存状态。
Coke loss reaction on coke performance has an important impact, is the key to determine the blast furnace coke level.
