本文分析了锥篮式离心机的分离效率。定性分析了该机分离过程的机制。建立了滤渣单颗粒在过滤介质锥面上的运动微分方程,并求出其解。用频闪摄影法拍得颗粒在锥面上真实运动轨迹的水平投影。计算与试验结果均证实颗粒在锥面上存在较强的切向滑动。分析了切向滑动对该机工作带来的不利影响。以粮渣悬浮液为对象,试验研究了料液浓度、分离因数及过滤介质对该机分离效率的影响规律。得到了对于稀悬浮液存在一最佳分离因数的新结论。
This paper analyzes the separation efficiency of cone basket centrifuges. Qualitative analysis of the mechanism of the machine separation process. The differential equation of motion of the single residue of filter cake on the conical surface of filter media was established and its solution was obtained. Observe the Horizontal Projection of Real Trajectory of Particles on Conical Surface by Stroboscopic Photogrammetry. The calculation and experimental results confirm that the particles have strong tangential sliding on the cone. The adverse effects of tangential sliding on the machine are analyzed. With grain residue suspension as object, the influence of feed concentration, separation factor and filtration medium on the separation efficiency was studied. A new conclusion about the optimal separation factor for dilute suspensions is obtained.
