1 病例介绍 患者,女,43岁,已婚,发现左乳房肿块3月余,于1995年7月18日入院。1995年4月上旬发现左乳房有1肿块如鸡蛋样大,无疼痛,无盗汗,无发热及畏寒。到某医院就诊,给服中药治疗,肿物无缩小,且明显增大。我院门诊拟诊“左乳房肿块性质待查”收住院。发病后一般情况尚可,体重无明显减轻。体检:T36C,P80次/分,R20次/分,BP16/10kPa,轻度贫血貌,皮肤未见出血点及瘀斑,全身浅表淋巴结未触及,两侧乳房不对称,左乳房明显肿大,左下限皮肤轻度橘皮样变,左乳上象限触及5cm×5cm肿块, 1 Case Introduction The patient, female, 43 years old, was married and found that left breast mass was more than 3 months old and was admitted to hospital on July 18, 1995.
