通过对重庆市、区、县7所小学的261名教育实习指导教师进行问卷调查,从研究教育实习指导教师的胜任素质情况来看:小学教育实习指导教师的胜任素质不存在性别差异、年龄差异,但在学历、职称和教龄上差异显著;小学教育实习指导教师在专业技能、组织管理能力、专业知识三方面的胜任素质明显高于专业情意、协调沟通能力、成就导向三方面的胜任素质。
According to the questionnaire survey of 261 teaching practice instructors in 7 primary schools in Chongqing, district and county, we can see from the research on the competency of instructors in education practice that there is no gender difference in age, , But significant differences in academic qualifications, professional titles and teaching age; primary school education internship instructor in the three aspects of professional skills, organizational management skills, professional knowledge of competency is significantly higher than professional affection, coordination and communication skills, achievement-oriented three aspects of competency.
