人的自我和谐即身心和谐,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。自我和谐是一种境界,一种情操,更是一种态度。实现自我和谐的过程,是一个人不断提高思想觉悟,加强道德修养的过程,是不断改造世界观、人生观、价值观的过程。更重要的是,实现身心和谐关键在培育、建立健康和谐的心态。就办公室工作人员而言,培育平常心、进取心、宽容心、责任心和服务心是构建健康和谐心态的重要内容,也是实现自我和谐的主要途径。
Human self-harmony, that is, harmony between body and mind, is an important foundation for building a harmonious socialist society. Self-harmony is a state, a sentiment, but also an attitude. The process of achieving self-harmony is a process by which one continuously improves his ideology and morality and constantly reforms his world outlook, outlook on life and values.
