轴承沟道的磨削表面不同程度存在磨削变质层,直接影响轴承的使用性能。根据磨削机理分析,提出了影响磨削变质层深度的主要工艺参数。通过一次回归正交试验设计,对生产现场易于调整的工艺参数进行了多因素试验,根据磨削表层斜截面显微硬度分布曲线来决定磨削变质层深度,在此基础上建立了磨削变质层深度的数学模型,并得出了相关结论。
Bearing groove grinding surface of varying degrees of grinding deterioration layer, a direct impact on the performance of the bearing. According to the analysis of grinding mechanism, the main process parameters influencing the depth of grinding metamorphic layer are proposed. Through a regression orthogonal experimental design, a multifactorial test was made on the easily adjustable process parameters at the production site, and the depth of grinding metamorphic layer was determined according to the microhardness distribution curve of the oblique surface of the grinding surface. On the basis of this, Layer depth of the mathematical model, and draw the relevant conclusions.
