当前,人—组织的匹配问题引起学术界越来越多的关注。但在该领域的研究中,众多学者把关注的焦点集中在员工方面,希望通过调整员工变量去适应组织系统的要求。但这种对员工的关注恰恰忽略了管理系统设计中的人的一些难以改变的因素。文章把解决问题的思路倒转过来,员工的特点和需要被当作固定不变的量,提出组织视角的组织—人匹配模式,并分析了这种视角在管理上的价值所在。
At present, the issue of human-tissue matching has aroused more and more attention in academia. However, in the field of research, many scholars focus their attention on the staff, hoping to adapt the requirements of the organizational system by adjusting the staff variables. But this focus on employees just ignores some of the hard-to-change factors in managing system design. The article turns the idea of solving the problem upside down, the characteristics and needs of the staff are treated as a constant quantity, and puts forward the organization-person matching mode of organizational perspective and analyzes the management value of this perspective.
