本文在立体显微镜下解剖了50侧大脑半球的大脑深静脉,同时应用灌注、厚切片、透明等方法观察了死后24小时内的11个新生儿的大脑深静脉,结果为: 一、大脑内静脉主要由丘纹上静脉弯曲向内后方形成。按其接受属支的不同,可以分为六型。在室间孔后缘起始的占80.00%±5.66;在丘脑前1/3处和中1/3处起始的分别占12.00%±4.60和8.00%±3.84,其静脉角的位置均向后移。对丘纹上静脉、透明隔静脉、脉络膜丛上静脉等的位置行程及汇流情况进行了统计与描述。二、基底静脉由大脑前静脉、大脑中深静脉和侧脑室下静脉合成。侧脑室下静脉汇入基底静脉的占96.00%±2.77;大脑前静脉和大脑中深静脉参与形成基底静脉的分别只占70.00%±6.48和68.00%±6.60,其它直接注入附近硬膜静脉窦。三、在透明冠状厚切脑片中,可见侧脑室外侧角以外的髓质内有纵行吻合静脉,收集髓质内的辐射状小静脉,汇流于丘纹上静脉、透明隔静脉和侧脑室内侧静脉等。并证实髓质内辐射状小静脉与引向大脑表面的浅静脉是互相交错和吻合的。
In this paper, the deep cerebral veins of 50 hemispheres were dissected under stereomicroscope. The deep cerebral veins of 11 newborns within 24 hours after the death were observed by perfusion, thick section and transparent method. The results were as follows: The veins are mainly formed by the curve of the superior veins on the medial posterior curve. According to their different branches, can be divided into six types. The posterior edge of the interventricular septum initially accounted for 80.00% ± 5.66; in the first 1/3 and 1/3 of the thalamus, the beginning of the 12.00% ± 4.60 and 8.00% ± 3.84, the venous angle position backward shift. The statistic and description of the position and confluence of the superior vein, the transparent septal vein and the choroidal plexus veins were performed. Second, the basilar veins by the anterior cerebral veins, cerebral deep veins and lateral ventricle synthesis. The basolateral venules were introduced into basal veins accounting for 96.00% ± 2.77. The anterior cerebral ventricle and deep brain veins involved in the formation of basilar veins accounted for only 70.00% ± 6.48 and 68.00% ± 6.60, respectively, and were directly injected into the nearby dural venous sinus. Third, in the transparent coronary thick slice, we can see outside the lateral ventricle beyond the longitudinal medullary anastomosis within the veins, the medulla to collect radial small veins confluence in the mound vein, transparent veins and lateral ventricle Medial veins and so on. And confirmed that medulla medulla radial veins and superficial veins leading to the brain surface are staggered and consistent with each other.
