我区实施退耕还林工程后,林草植被增加,农民收入提高,生态环境得到改善,经济和社会效益成效显著。笔者针对退耕还林后产生的一系列问题,通过深入调研和探究,提出了落实责任、强化管理,严格检查、认真整改等八个方面的巩固退耕还林建设成果的对策措施。
After the implementation of the project of returning farmland to forestry in our district, the vegetation of forest and grassland increased, the income of farmers increased, the ecological environment improved, and the economic and social benefits achieved remarkable results. Through in-depth investigation and research, the author puts forward countermeasures and measures for consolidating the achievements of the conversion of cropland to forestry in eight aspects of implementing responsibilities, strengthening management, strictly examining and conscientiously rectifying and reforming a series of problems arising from returning cultivated land to forests.
