目的 为探讨肝细胞糖原对缺血再灌注肝细胞线粒体呼吸功能的影响及意义。方法 对三组糖原含量显著不同的兔肝脏缺血再灌注过程中的组织ATP含量、肝脏酶学改变、肝细胞线粒体呼吸控制率 (respiratorycontrolratio ,RCR)及磷氧比率 (P/Oratio)进行测定。结果 糖原含量高的肝脏 ,组织ATP含量、肝细胞线粒体PCR及P/O越高 ,而肝功能损伤越轻。说明缺血前增加肝脏糖原负荷能显著改善肝细胞线粒体呼吸功能 ,后者对维护缺血再灌注肝细胞的功能发挥重要作用
Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte glycogen on mitochondrial respiratory function in ischemia-reperfusion hepatocytes and its significance. Methods Tissue ATP content, enzymological changes of liver, mitochondrial respiratory control (RCR) and P / O ratio of three groups of rabbits with different glycogen contents were measured during ischemia-reperfusion. . Results In the liver and tissue with high glycogen content, the ATP content, the higher mitochondrial PCR and P / O of liver cells, and the lighter liver function. These results suggest that increasing liver glycogen load before ischemia can significantly improve the mitochondrial respiratory function of hepatocytes, which plays an important role in the maintenance of ischemia-reperfusion hepatocytes
