体育教学是非常关键的学科,在各个阶段的学习中都有体育这门学科的存在;体育教学不仅能够增强学生的身体素质,还能释放学生的学习压力和调节心理状态;高中是学习压力最大的阶段,高中生受到高考压力的影响,情绪都比较紧张和低落;高中体育是不能被忽视的学科,通过对学生体育的训练,能够调节学生紧张的心理,让学生更加健康的发展;在素质教育的背景下,高中体育教学不仅仅注重对学生身体素质的训练,更多的是激发学生的对体育学习的兴趣和积极性,让他们的个性和运动潜能发挥出来,在体育教学中让学生的身心更加健康的发展。本文主要对高中体育教学中的分类教学模式进行了探究,提出了相应的教学策略。
