目的:目的:探讨薏苡仁油对小鼠的辐射保护作用。方法:将40只实验小鼠随机分为辐射模型对照组及薏苡仁油低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,分别灌胃玉米油及薏苡仁油0.15g/kg BW、0.30g/kg BW、0.90g/kg BW,连续14d。以3Gy剂量射线(钴60)对小鼠进行一次性全身照射,观察比较各组小鼠实验前后体质量增长情况、外周血白细胞计数及射线照射后骨髓细胞DNA含量、血清溶血素水平。结果:薏苡仁油能增加射线照射后小鼠外周血白细胞数及骨髓细胞DNA含量,并可升高小鼠血清溶血素水平,对小鼠的体质量增长无影响。结论:薏苡仁油具有较好的辐射保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the radioprotective effect of Coix Seed Oil on mice. Methods: Forty experimental mice were randomly divided into radiation model control group and Coixenolide low, medium and high dose group, with 10 rats in each group. The mice were orally administered 0.15g / kg BW corn oil and Coix seed oil 0.30g / kg BW, 0.90 g / kg BW for 14 days. One-time whole body irradiation was performed on the mice with 3Gy radiation (cobalt 60). The growth of body weight, peripheral blood leukocyte count and DNA content of bone marrow cells and serum hemolysin level were observed and compared before and after the experiment. Results: Coix seed oil can increase the number of peripheral blood leukocytes and the DNA content of bone marrow cells after radiation and increase the level of serum hemolysin in mice, but have no effect on the growth of mice. Conclusion: Coix seed oil has good radiation protection.
