通过轧辊引入电脉冲,研究了不同的脉冲电流对铸轧Al-Mg合金组织的影响。对比实验结果表明:施加不同脉冲电流后铸轧出的薄带显微组织变化显著,合适的电脉冲强度处理使晶粒明显细化。与没有施加电脉冲的组织比较,成分偏析现象得到改善,内部组织差异明显减轻。采用电流密度5.5×106A.m-2处理时其显微组织表现为呈近球形颗粒且分布均匀,但是晶界上偏析仍然存在。
The effect of different pulse currents on the microstructure of the as-cast Al-Mg alloy was studied by introducing electric pulses through the rollers. The experimental results show that the microstructures of the strip cast after rolling with different pulse current have significant changes, and the proper electrical pulse intensity treatment can refine the grain obviously. Compared with the tissue without applying electric pulse, the component segregation phenomenon is improved, and the internal tissue difference is obviously reduced. When the current density was 5.5 × 106A.m-2, the microstructure showed nearly spherical particles and uniform distribution, but the segregation still existed in the grain boundary.
