近日,吉林省长春市总工会会同长春市人力资源和社会保障局联合制定下发了《长春市职工技能竞赛管理暂行办法》,会同长春市科协、市科技局、市人社局着手制订《长春市职工技术创新成果评审奖励暂行办法》等有利于技术工人创业创新的政策,进一步深化价值导向和荣誉激励,激发广大职工的创业热情和创新活力,从政治上、经济上、待遇上对技术工人实行倾斜和扶持。
