方法依据SCL戴镜时间将SCL戴镜者区分为<5 a组、5~10 a组和>10 a组,共3组。 BUT、Schirmer I test、FLS与正常对照组差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。
Objective To investigate the differences of ocular surface tear films among long-term wearing (> 5 years) soft contact lens (SCL) and non-wearing SCL students, and to explore the possible effects of long-term SCL on ocular surface tear film. Methods According to the SCL wearing time, SCL wearing glasses were divided into 5 groups, 5 ~ 10 a group and> 10 a group, a total of 3 groups. The tear film break-up time (BUT), corneal fluorescein staining (FLS) test and basal tear secretion test (Schirmer I test) were compared between the normal control group (35 eyes) and the case group (66 eyes). Results Compared with the normal control group, the Schirmer I test and FLS in soft contact lens wearing time <5 a were not significantly different (all P> 0.05), and the other BUT, Schirmer I test, FLS and normal The differences between the control group were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Long-term wearing soft contact lens will cause the drop of tear film function and corneal epithelial damage, and the longer wear lens, the greater the damage.
