美国领导与教育国际中心主任威拉特·达吉特博士进行了一项调查:“在工作领域中,读、写、说、听这几项技能,你用得最多的是哪几项?是说和听。这几项技能,训练最少的是什么?是听和说。这几项技能,你测试得最少的是什么?是听和说。”长期以来,受应试教育的影响,老师对口语交际教学重视不够。可随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的进一步发展,社会对人口语交际的能力要求越来越高。因此,作为培养未来社会人才基础的小学语文教学,理应注重培养学生的口语交际能力。

Therefore, as a primary language teaching that should foster future social talents, we should pay attention to cultivating students’ oral communicative competence.
