郑州市市区主要供水水源为黄河水和傍黄地下水,约占城市供水的90%。按照《郑州市城市饮用水水源地安全保障规划》,郑州市饮用水水源地保护区内水质管理目标为地面水环境质量标准Ⅱ类和地下水质量标准Ⅲ类;准保护区内地表水水质管理目标为地表水环境质量标准Ⅱ～Ⅲ类,地下水管理目标为地下水质量标准Ⅲ类,使城市饮用水水源地由基本安全达到安全状态。郑州市正在进行节水型社会建设和生态水系建设,南水北调中线通水也为时不远。我们要利用这一契机,认真落实城市饮用水水源地安全保障规划,让市民喝上放心水、健康水,保障社会经济可持续发展。
Zhengzhou City, the main water supply sources for the Yellow River and near the groundwater, accounting for about 90% of urban water supply. According to the “Safeguard Plan of Urban Drinking Water Sources in Zhengzhou City”, the water quality management objectives of the drinking water source protection areas in Zhengzhou City are Grade II of surface water environmental quality standards and Grade III of groundwater quality standards; and the target of surface water quality management in quasi-protected areas Surface water environmental quality standards Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ, groundwater management objectives for groundwater quality standards Ⅲ, so that urban drinking water sources from the basic safety to safety status. Zhengzhou City, ongoing water-saving society and the construction of ecological water system, the South-to-North Water Diversion Center is not far away. We should take this opportunity to conscientiously implement the safety and security plan for drinking water sources in urban areas so that people can enjoy safe water and healthy water and ensure sustainable social and economic development.
