目的:探讨大肠腺瘤早期癌变指标。方法:用血型抗原A、B、H,凝集素PNA,单克隆抗体Tn1、PCNA、p53等多种标记物,对34例根据形态确诊的大肠腺瘤早期癌变标本进行标记,观察同一瘤体中瘤区与癌变区的差异。结果:A、B血型抗原在瘤区和癌变区的表达无差异。H抗原仅表达于8例癌变区。瘤区和癌变区的Tn1及PNA标记在强度及细胞定位方面有不同程度的差异。癌变区PCNA标记的数量及强度均明显超过瘤区。p53的总表达率为50%,其中5例瘤区亦有少量表达。结论:Tn1、PNA、PCNA、p53综合标记可作为确定有无早期癌变的重要客观指标
Objective: To investigate the early canceration index of colorectal adenoma. METHODS: Thirty-four specimens of early colorectal adenomas diagnosed according to their morphology were marked with the blood group antigens A, B, H, lectin PNA, monoclonal antibodies Tn1, PCNA, p53 and other markers, and the same tumors were observed. The difference between the tumor area and the cancerous area. Results: There was no difference in the expression of A and B blood group antigens in tumor and cancerous areas. H antigen was only expressed in 8 cases of cancerous area. Tn1 and PNA markers in the tumor and cancerous regions differed in intensity and cell location to varying degrees. The number and intensity of PCNA markers in the cancerous area were significantly higher than those in the tumor area. The total expression rate of p53 was 50%, and there was also a small amount of expression in the tumor area in 5 cases. Conclusion: Tn1, PNA, PCNA, p53 comprehensive markers can be used as an important objective indicator to determine whether there is early canceration.
