压力容器在石油化工领域中应用比较普遍,由于其所承载介质的特殊性,在实际运行过程中会面临较高的危险系数。因为长期处于高温高压状态下,所以压力容器容易出现应力腐蚀现象,极易引发严重的安全事故。为了保证工业生产的安全运行,需要对压力容器的应力腐蚀问题进行深入的研究,对发生的因素进行分析,进而提出相应的控制措施,尽量避免压力容器发生应力腐蚀,降低安全事故的发生几率,为工业生产的安全稳定运行打下良好的基础。
