In this paper, the effects of long-term low-dose γ-rays irradiation and electric shock on the levels of plasma sex hormones, mixed-function oxidase (MFO) activity and lipid peroxidation in presenile period rats (18-21 months old) were observed. Long-term exposure to electrostimulation reduced the level of plasma testosterone in male rats (p <0.05), and decreased the MFO activity of male mice (p <0.05) by irradiation and irradiation. Long-term low-dose γ-ray irradiation and irradiation plus shock group testicular free radical concentration was significantly higher than the control group (p <0.05), long-term exposure to male rat liver homogenates and microsomal, testicular homogenates and mitochondrial lipid Oxide significantly increased compared with the control group, but the irradiation with the shock group of lipid peroxides than the irradiation group (and the control group) decreased significantly. The experimental results show that irradiation and irradiation plus electric shock have different effects on presenile rats, and these environmental factors have the effect of accelerating aging.
