针对以石脑油、焦化汽油和炼厂干气等为原料的大型制氢、制氨装置的需要,研制出了生产成本低的氧化铁精脱硫剂NTT05,在300mL和10L试验装置上考察了其使用性能和工艺条件。结果表明,在反应压力0.1~4.0MPa,反应温度200~420℃,精制焦化汽油空速0.5~2.0h~(-1),直馏石脑油的空速1.0~4.0h~(-1),精制炼厂干气空速500~3000h~(-1)的条件下,精制油和气的总硫含量均小于0.2μg/g,耐高硫进料和抗压碎力明显优于氧化锌脱硫剂,其生产成本低,资源丰富,完全可以满足大型制氢、制氨装置的工艺要求。
