利用计算传热学软件Fluent,对自然通风状态下某间接空冷塔内布置的表面式空冷散热器的流动和换热性能进行了数值模拟和分析,并将间接空冷散热器考核工况下的模拟结果与设计点进行了比较.结果表明:在3 m/s环境风速下,空冷塔散热器的换热量为设计工况下的95.6%;环境风对空冷塔的出流产生压制作用.数值模拟结果还需进一步进行试验验证和工程检验;考虑到空冷塔间的相互影响,在获得厂区布置图后,还需对其进行更加详细的数值研究.采用数值模拟的方法可为间接空冷系统的优化设计提供帮助.
The numerical simulation and analysis of the flow and heat transfer performance of the surface air-cooled radiator arranged in an indirect air-cooled tower under the condition of natural ventilation are carried out by using the software Fluent of heat transfer calculation. The simulation under indirect air-cooled radiator assessment conditions The results are compared with the designed ones.The results show that the heat transfer of air-cooling tower radiator is 95.6% under the design condition at 3 m / s ambient air temperature, and the ambient air can suppress the outflow of the air-cooled tower.
