目的测定3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯的溶解度和油水分布系数(P),为体内吸收研究提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯的浓度,以饱和法测定3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯的溶解度,采用摇瓶法测定3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯的油水分布数。结果 3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯在甲醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮中的溶解度分别为4.22 mg/mL、4.73 mg/mL、4.39 mg/mL,油水分布系数为136.82。结论 3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯为亲脂性化合物,该实验结果可为3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸冰片酯进一步的研究提供依据。
Objective To determine the solubility and oil-water distribution coefficient (P) of 3,4-dimethoxybenzoate and provide references for the study of in vivo absorption. Methods The concentration of 3,4-dimethoxybenzoate was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The solubility of 3,4-dimethoxybenzoate was determined by saturation method. The contents of 3,4- Oil and water distribution of borneol dimethoxybenzoate. Results The solubility of 3,4-dimethoxybenzoate in methanol, ethyl acetate and acetone was 4.22 mg / mL, 4.73 mg / mL and 4.39 mg / mL, respectively. The oil-water distribution coefficient was 136.82. CONCLUSION 3,4-Dimethoxybenzoate is a lipophilic compound. The results of this experiment may provide a basis for further study of borneol 3,4-dimethoxybenzoate.
