利用单个LED芯片的照度公式推导出LED方形阵列的照度公式和光斑的散射角公式,利用推导出的公式研究了LED方形阵列的照度峰值和光斑散射角随芯片数、方形阵列的结构参数以及目标距离的变化关系。得出了这三种情况下照度峰值和光斑散射角的变化规律。这些规律为利用LED方形阵列来实现照明设计提供了定量的理论依据。
The illuminance formula of the LED square array and the scattering angle formula of the LED square array are deduced by using the illumination formula of a single LED chip. The formulas of the illuminance peak and the spot scattering angle of the LED square array with the number of chips, the structural parameters of the square array and the target Distance changes.
