国网吉林供电公司把推进员工民主管理作为企业发展的重要组成部分,列入公司发展规划、工作目标。通过不断完善员工代表大会制度,全面提高职代会质量,全方位、多角度发挥员工参与职能,全力构建“双路径、三保障”民主管理体系。2012年,吉林供电公司新订、修订5项民主管理制度,建立健全4项组织制度、9项工作制度。凡涉及员工切身利益的规章制度,出台前必先将草案下发给员工代表,召开员工代表组长联席会议,听取意见和建议。此外还建立了网络化职代会平台,员工代表随时对民主管理制度落实情况进行评估。2012年10月,国网吉林供电公司创建了员工诉求服务中心,畅通职工诉求渠道,标志着该公司民主政治建设进入新阶段。

In October 2012, the State Grid Jilin Power Supply Company created a staff appeal service center and unblocked the employee appeal channels, marking that the company’s democratization construction has entered a new stage.
